The Quiet
Room
A short word from Prudence, recorded when there is something to say. Somewhere to put down what you have been carrying, breathe, and listen for a few minutes.
The Quiet Room does not keep a calendar. Sometimes twice in a week, sometimes twice in a season - Prudence records these when the Lord gives her something to say, and not to fill a slot. You will get a notification when one arrives, so there is nothing to check.
This is not something to put on underneath another task. Ten unhurried minutes will do more than an hour of half-listening.
A car before you go in. A chair by a window. The end of the day. It does not have to look holy to be the right place.
There is nothing to finish here and nothing to score. Listening is the whole task, and you are allowed to stop when it is done.

The Rest Check is three minutes and tells you honestly where you are. It is the place most people find they needed to start.
