The rhythm
There's no schedule, and that's on purpose.
The Quiet Room doesn't keep a calendar. Sometimes twice in a week, sometimes twice in a season - Prudence records these when the Lord gives her something to say, and not to fill a slot. Which means there's nothing to check and nothing to keep up with.
How to use it
Ten minutes, not ten things.
This isn't something to put on underneath another task. Ten unhurried minutes will do more than an hour of half-listening.
A car before you go in. A chair by a window. The end of the day. It doesn't have to look holy to be the right place.
There's nothing to finish here and nothing to score. Listening is the whole task, and you're allowed to stop when it's done.
